Fees

The interCOMM fees module makes simple work of creating invoices and managing payments for court related events. Combined with the electronic filing (eFiling) of court documents, claims may be submitted to the court, payment processed and cases created without the need for human intervention.

This is a flexible module which allows invoices to be produced both manually and automatically. A manual invoice might be for a copy of an order, or a court registration fee. The invoice details are entered and a paper or electronic version is produced. Automatic invoices are produced by the system when selected forms are electronically submitted or when particular events are recorded, for example an Application Notice or an Order. Fees relating to forms can be added by an administrator. The invoice details are added to the Fees window and again may be printed or emailed to the court user. Once payment is received, the details are matched to the invoice and removed from the Fees window. A variety of reports are provided to manage overdue payments, such as an Aged Debtors Report and a Statement of Accounts.
